About my CRF-450

Cafe' Racer:"Nightmare": This is a 1972 Honda CB 500-Four that I picked up for a small amount.  It had been sitting for over fifteen years in a chopper uniform, but was in sad shape.

Everything came off the frame, the head was decked to the limit, ported and matched to my liking (I'm part German).  A fresh top-end was put together (by me), and polished...cases and rocker-box.
Gauges, and switches were dismantled, refurbished, and given a personal touch.  Molding, and paint was a shared project with my uncle which was done in  freezing garage (all kinds of fun).
Many of the parts were resurrected from swap meet finds such as the entire front end, the Tommasselli "Clubman" bars, tail-light...
The wheels were taken care of by Ken Ardito (before he left Illinois), who helped me along with some ideas.

There are really too many people to thank, as it takes many thoughts to come up with a concept...That's bull...It was all my idea (not really).
